The Service Area Scorecard is a paid diagnostic product designed to provide a practical snapshot of your local visibility, competitor presence, ZIP code or service-area opportunities, and recommended next steps.

The Scorecard is a diagnostic and strategy resource. It is not a full technical SEO audit, full local SEO campaign, website rebuild, advertising campaign, or implementation service unless we separately agree to those services in writing.
Prices are listed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, The Service Area Scorecard is a one-time purchase and does not create a subscription, recurring billing arrangement, retainer, or ongoing service commitment.

After purchase, you may be asked to complete an intake form so we can collect the information needed to produce your Scorecard. This may include your business name, website, primary service, service area, target locations, known competitors, and related business details.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. If your intake form is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or not submitted, delivery of your Scorecard may be delayed or limited.
Our standard delivery timeline for The Service Area Scorecard is within 1–3 business days after we receive your completed intake form, unless a different timeline is stated at checkout or communicated to you in writing.
Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, the completeness of your intake information, technical issues, or other reasonable business circumstances.
Because The Service Area Scorecard is a personalized digital diagnostic created for your specific business, all sales are generally final once work has begun.
However, we want the experience to be fair. If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at support@sidelitelocal.com within 7 days of receiving your Scorecard and we will review the issue.
At our discretion, we may offer a correction, clarification, replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We may refuse or cancel an order and issue a refund if we determine that your business is not a fit for the Scorecard, we cannot reasonably fulfill the order, or the order appears fraudulent, abusive, or outside the intended scope of the offer.
We do not guarantee that you will receive more calls, leads, customers, jobs, revenue, rankings, website traffic, or business results from purchasing or using The Service Area Scorecard.
The Scorecard is intended to provide analysis, insight, and recommendations based on available information. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, offer, website, Google Business Profile, reviews, pricing, sales process, implementation quality, seasonality, and other business conditions.

We do not control third-party platforms, search results, rankings, maps, business listings, review platforms, analytics systems, or advertising platforms. Information from third-party sources may change over time and may not always be complete, accurate, or available.
After your Scorecard is delivered, you may have the option to book a review call or discuss additional services. Any such call is optional.
Purchasing The Service Area Scorecard does not require you to purchase any additional service, retainer, implementation package, or consulting engagement.
Any future services, retainers, or projects may be subject to separate terms, pricing, agreements, scopes of work, or payment schedules.
Any testimonials, examples, screenshots, case studies, or results shown on our website or in our materials are illustrative only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
